Wallpaper – India – Vintage Blue
The India pattern draws on the character of classic Indian block printing. Its stylised flower motif was found in a book on the subject in a Stockholm bookshop, and the design's charm comes from the rhythm of repetition and the negative space between each motif.
Presented here in the Vintage Blue colourway, this block-print floral design is traditionally printed on high-quality non-woven material by skilled artisans at Ulricehamns Tapetfabrik in Sweden. Produced for the Långelid / von Brömssen collection, it combines Scandinavian design with traditional wallpaper-making techniques and carefully considered craftsmanship.
Key Features:
- Stylised block-print floral motif inspired by classic Indian block printing
- Fine-scale repeat where the spacing between motifs is as important as the motif itself
- Straight pattern match for a clean, considered repeat
- Printed by Ulricehamns Tapetfabrik in Sweden
- High quality non-woven backing for easy installation
- Paste-the-wall application for simple hanging
