Edward Bawden – Greetings Card

Edward Bawden was a successful and prolific English printmaker, graphic designer, illustrator, and painter. He studied at the School of Art in Cambridge (1919–1922) and later at the Design School of the Royal College of Art (1922–1926), where he was taught by Paul Nash and worked alongside Eric Ravilious. Bawden’s distinctive style spanned mural work, book illustration, linocuts, and commercial designs, leaving a lasting impact on 20th-century British visual culture.
