1.01 Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Saturdays and Sundays are not classed as working days.
1.02 It is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address which includes the postcode. Loss because of an incorrect address is the customer’s responsibility. When your order leaves us for delivery, you will receive an email reporting despatch details. Please notify us at email@example.com within 7 days if your order has not arrived, after this time tracing a lost parcel or gaining compensation is the customer’s responsibility.
1.03 Please remember that it is your responsibility to check that the items you order can be delivered safely and will fit through doors and staircases in their packaging before you place your order. Please inform us of any parking restrictions or vehicle access problems.
1.04 All standard deliveries are to your door only and depend on your location. You may need to assist the driver with larger items.
1.05 If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, undeliverable due to insufficient access or for any reason that is not within our reasonable control, we cannot accept responsibility and you will be charged for the re-delivery of your order.
1.06 If you request your order to be left with a neighbour or in a safe place we cannot be held responsible if you fail to receive your parcel.
1.07 We will despatch goods ordered by you as soon as possible to the address you give us for delivery, but in any event within 7 days of your order, subject to availability of stock, details of which are shown on each product page.
1.08 If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing, at our contact address, of the problem within 3 days of the delivery of the goods in question.
1.09 If you notify a problem to us under this condition, our only obligation will be, at your option:
- a. To make good any shortage or non-delivery;
- b. To replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or
- c. To refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods.
1.10 Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question under clause 1.09(c) above.
1.11 You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.
1.12 Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights, nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.2.00 Delivery Costs
2.01 Delivery costs are calculated at time of checkout based on the prevailing rates at the time of order.
2.02 We offer a range of delivery options for most products and the preferred option may be selected at check out.
2.03 The cost of insurance is included in our delivery charges.
2.04 We reserve the right to vary our delivery charges without notice.
3.00 Delivery Method
3.01 We use a range of delivery services including the Royal Mail and well known courier services (DHL, UPS etc) to ship our products.
3.02 We reserve the right to change our shipping method or carrier without notice.
