Vincent Haddelsay – Greetings Card
Vincent Haddelsey was a British equestrian painter who grew up surrounded by farms in Lincolnshire which were still using shire horses for agricultural work. He therefore looked on horses as part of life and became a skilled rider. Two of his grandmothers were gifted painters and encouraged him - he never went to art college and mainly taught himself. In 1980 he travelled to Inner Mongolia where he studied and painted the mongolian pony and there were several paintings resulting from this trip.
