Candle Shades
Our decorative candle shades for use with both real or oil filled candles are both practical and stylish - they soften the candlelight and thereby produce a warm and inviting atmosphere on your dining table or side table particularly during the winter months.
They look great for both formal or informal dining and with over a hundred different shades to choose from including plain card, printed card and metal shades, they add a colourful finishing touch to any table. We have added some more seasonally decorated shades to add a bit of fun to a setting and create a festive atmosphere.
02 | Add throws for a pop of colour
Autumn is the time to nestle down and enjoy the comfort of your own home. What we surround ourselves with will have an effect on how we feel. A colourful throw or a rug which complements or contrasts the colours in your room, a statement lamp creating soft lighting and some cheerful cushions will lift our mood and relax us.
Seek out patterns in your fabrics or cushions that will co-ordinate and do not be afraid to use differing scales when mixing patterns - this creates interest and a sense of excitement.
This autumn in particular, with so many of us being forced to both live and work from home, colour will play an important part in our wellbeing and our emotions. Colours that lift our mood and textures that are soft and warm will increase our sense of wellbeing and promote happiness during the darkest and coldest time of the year.
